Server wont show - Blt950 - 14.05.2009

Hi, i have an dynamic IP (no possibilities for Static from ISP)

So im using DynDNS (tryed No-IP too), i forwarded the 7777 port. Server is configed to host at 7777 port. I turn on DNS and all after instructions.

But server wont show up at my "dynDNS-IP". The port is open, router firewall is not blocking it. Server works fine (LAN), but it wont work at internet.

Im using NOD32 as antivirus/firewall, i tryed to turn it off (all functions) but no luck, it still didnt. Windows firewall is off.

Im using Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit. Please help, i cant find the problem D:

Are you sure that you forwared port as UPD?

I forwarded UDP and TPC (you know what I mean if i wrote the names wrong)

I just did that to make sure. And my firewall from NOD32 doesnt askes about samp-server.exe, to allow or disallow access. But it wont work anyway when i turn off firewall as i said in first post
