Forum Problems - T.I. - 11.05.2009

Hi guys, I need some help for my forum...

I bought a domain from a forum Service and works fine.
It cost normally, etc, that's not a problem.


I wanna make some announcements topics on that forum, but I can't, I dunno what to do.
My friend told me that I need a plugin, or something, but where to take it?

And the secomd problem is that I need to make a main page where to put announcements like in www.novclan.com
A "Home" Page...

My forum is phpbb.

What to do?
My forum is www.toxclan.com


EDIT: And please can you give me the main plugins for the phpbb forums to install?
And please tell me how to do?

You have to mess with your forum permissions, I bought the forum and I had the same problem, just changed some things in Forum permissions

btw can you give me the link to that forum skin ? lol
