Help please online problem - Hapo - 07.05.2009

I finish with my server. I just need to put it online. Thats the problem i try, but i dont know how, can somebody explain me how to put my server online? dont send to another topic because im not going to understand, and other thing, how i enter like an admin onmy server? thank you
