Need help with my website/forum - *ToM* - 07.05.2009

Yo I need a help with my website, so I wanna know how do I transfer a new style on my forum ? My website is hosted by ServerFFS.com my php forum is already installed but there's only 2 skins available, I would like to know how can I add more ? I downloaded some styles but I have no idea how to transfer them over there :P
