Guys anyone know what the problem is? can't do damage to any cars or any people. i dont have any lag..

It's called SA-MP synch.

1. You can only do damage to vehicles you are driving, not any other vehicles. That's because it isn't programmed to do that yet.

2. You see a player on your screen a fraction of a second before where they are real time. You have to shoot a little infront of them when they are running to actually hit them. If they are standing still however, you can still do damage to them.
