i have proplem in sa-mp .. I don't have d3d9.dll in SA folder, any mods, cheats or other shit ...and iam using this version in this page

You're using an older version of the SA:MP client, namely v0.2.2. You need to update your client to v0.2X, which you can find here or find it at the SA:MP downloads page.

iam download latest version of sa-mp ... from here http://www.sa-mp.com/download.php
look thats screenshot from my pc

maybe SZR is the reason that he cant play?
(no, go into GTA San Andreas User Files in your My Documents folder and delete gta_sa.set)

And tried to delete the entire folder GTA San Andreas User Files
I installed a genuine crack size of 10 MB ... But show me an error message when click on Continue ...
As I deleted the game
And re-installed from the CD
Can anyone upload me the files of the program for the samp
Such as these are files that do not know what the problem :
ogg.dll / vorbisFile.dll / samp.dll / samp.saa / vorbis.dll / eax.dll / eax.dll/ d3dx9_33.dll/

Lol i have this problem befor all i have to do was:
1: Make a new user
2: reinstall Gta_san and Samp on that user
3: downgrade san
4: and its hould work

I did exactely as u said and I couldn`t login to the server.
Also , I created a new user in my computer and nothing changed .
I copied all game files from my brother beacuse the samp is working well with his pc .
and I did every thing in this page and it didnt work also .
