This is either a coincidence, or your firewall blocks every outgoing port besides 7788.
Are you looking at the internet list?

In addition to what Woet said, I would like to note that you should activate incoming connections from all ports. I'm guessing 21, 80, 7788 and 8088 are the only unbanned ports?
