Random Crashes Starting to Annoy.. - CJ101 - 05.05.2009

When i play on some servers, sa-mp crashes. anyway to prevent this? i kno it happens to everyone, but there must be a solution.

You can't stop crashes. But you can try to reduce them with PC defragment.

Defragment has nothing to do with it, crashes are caused by SA-MP writing certain values to the memory which make the GTA SA engine crash.
Crashes can't be prevented unfortunaly, SA-MP isn't perfect, but the crashes also depend on the server you are playing on.

Official servers tend to be pretty stable, besides littlewhiteys, since Popz works on it.

not so much that. most script-related crashes actually crash the server (e.g. CreateExplosion(0,0,0,35000); most likely will)

Creating invalid vehicles, destroying non-existant vehicles, putting him in the wrong seat of a car, inproper use of textdraws, faulty object streamer, many server related things can cause crashes.

If your on vista, don't use the aero theme when playing, use the basic, reduced my crash's by a lot.

im starting to think its script errors, because when i play on my server, i never crash.

really? I never knew that now i feel dumb
