Put it in your Server Directory\pawno\include folder.

If you got more server folders, put the dini includes into every "include" folder.

No need to swear.

Might be your windows permissions. Try starting with a fresh copy of the whole PAWNO folder, and just copy the old includes into the new folder. Worked for me.
