I my site: http://santtgames.com you can stream live sa-mp servers, embed the stream into your site/forums.

Ill give you a quick tutorial on how to do this:

1* Register on santtgames.com
2* Download ScreenCamera from http://www.pcwinsoft.com/ScreenCamera/download.asp
3* Install ScreenCamera
4* Login into santtgames.com and click on Broadcast live Tv under the main menu.
5* when the pop up opens, right click on it and when the tab opens, click on settings
6* on setting click on the tab with the CameraPicture, and on the list select ScreenCamera
7* Reload the page and when the message asks you to allow to use your camera, click on allow
8* Now your streaming your screen live.
9* Copy and paste the code for embedding the player on your site/forum or give the link to anyone
10* Go play sa-mp while you broadcast what your doing live
