Help with a Admin command - Littleman774 - 03.05.2009

Me and a firend runs a RPG server with gamemmode: "The King of Streets LS Roleplay".
I'm in admin level 1337, and I want to make myshelf a police, LSPD.
I think it's something with /makeleader?

Oh yes, one more thing...
The gamemode cant show the skin selection, I mean you cant see what skin you are selecting.
Is there a command to change skins? Like example /changeskin id 5..., just an example...
