[HELP] Need help adding /register command - DamienR2 - 02.05.2009

I have this server: http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php?topic=68441.0

But it doesnt have /register on it, and I need to add a register command so I can use Ladmin and make myself admin, also I need it to save the stats (money, etc) of the people who register, so they dont get mad that their money, etc is gone.

Please help.
