The bug = :
I start SA-MP
And i Join Server and i get CRASH
Gta San work nice but SA-MP not
BUT I HAVE A MOVIE SEEEEE:
SA-MP BUG NEED HELP

Or just reinstall you GTA SA, and if it's a downloaded version just buy it, samp doesn't support iligal versions.
