[HELP] Public Enemu No. 1 P.E.N.1 LS - wYh0iUt - 30.04.2009

I have some problems .
When some died and he spawn in that motel but then he cant go out with "/exit" . ( How to change the Spawn ? ) WHen i jail any1 then he cant go out cause the PD dont have /enter , /exit and one question How to create gang ? Where is the building ? ( There is any map with all ) ?
