hello i'm wondering if there are server hosters that can host my server Via SMS or call. I cant give away my credit card so i'm just wondering plx send me PM or post (soon)

Just attach your credit card to a PayPal account and then spend $$ from there.

As enticing as free hosting sounds, there are so many setbacks:
1) Most hosts are likely to steal your script
2) Most hosts are likely to "jack" your server, if it gets players
3) Most hosts are likely to terminate your service for no reason or get hacked easily
4) Most hosts are likely to not give you direct-access to your files
There are a bunch of setbacks, I strongly suggest using paypal (it's an extremely secure gateway), and going with serverFFS.
