i want to make a cmd but i have no idea how to make it :P

I wan't admins cant kick a player with a name example: Mike ( Now Mike name shouldn't be kick able it should show a message " You can't kick him ")

ok anyways, u shouldnt ask about this in a new topic, ask in the request thread..

and follow tutorials to learn how to make this, which also is stickied..
