when im in game..
i do Shift + 5 = %

but it does a Question mark?
is there a way to change this or no?

You cant fix it. Maybe you can with string, and OnPlayerText if there is ? it will change it to %.
But what about using "?" its difficult.

SAMP doesn't appear to support %, it's the same for everybody.

it does, SendClientMessageToAll(COLOR_RED, "SAMP does support the \%"); now itll show the % sign (i hope xD)
