Depends on the gamemode you use, people use their gamemode. If you want to be a RCON admin do /rcon login
then after login write your password
like
/rcon login 123

its dont work i join my server then i write /login *******
and then /rcon login (my pw thats i have in server.cfg) i wants a real admin plz

There is no such thing as Admin in SA:MP which is not RCon admin unless you have a mode with an admin system (AKA Admin Mode)....
and if you have one go to scriptfiles then the admin mode name then users folder then search for your user and change the admin level to the one you'd like.
