MY PAWNO WONT COMPILE / EXICUTE - Dylan_Madigan - 20.04.2009
I had this problem, i feel kinda dumb, pretty simple. For Windows you have to have .NET Framework 2.0 or higher, also you cant install 3.5 if you dont alredy have 2.0. Just helping cause i got nothing better to do. "unable to exicute compiler..." is what it use to say, this should fix it.

Download a .Net Framework 3.5

Have you tried to re-download the compiler? And, are you sure the compiler isn't used by another program?
