Command what sets player color white etc... - Jakku - 20.04.2009

Now I need a cmd, what sets player color to white buy other player, so example admin can set other player color white and reset weapons. I have tried SetPlayerColor but I only works on if player does it by himself, and I want only one skin ID can do that cmd
