meybe need some gta with bonus? :P

i think make cars in online and single player <---- if can't in MP the in single player can?

You mean some of kind of car maker ? OR, you just want to change your cars skins ? If so, you can search on ******.com for mods. The mods will work in Single Player together with SA:MP but I DO NOT recommend you to install mods, because you can be caught by high lag and/or sometimes the mods changes the game play, even the cars mods changes the game play, (new car handling). By which you won't be able to play SA:MP.
