AdminScript don't work - Remi-X - 13.04.2009

Hi, i got this script from Cuecumber, but it doesn't works. And i dont know the fault.
So, i placed this script into my GM, and it works than a little bit better. But, if i connect, my userfile was made. If i register, there happens nothing with that file, but i get ingame chat text that i'm registered. And i have some prints in my CMD, that should say that the register was succesfully. But im NOT registered

Can someone test it for me? You must make the folders AdminScript > Users and Settings, otherwise, the server will crash. And you must have DINI and DUTILS, of course

PS: I use this script on Windows Vista. Can that be the problem?

Nope, not one. But: The userfiles cant register, but they are made. And also the command and setting files are made. So i dont know what the fault is...
I think that the problem is that i have Windows Vista.. So can someone test this script op Windows XP?
