[HELP] making commands and a menu - Drift_King786 - 12.04.2009

i have given quite alot of attempts, tried for about 1-2 weeks on these
1 - a menu which allows you to switch skins (filterscript)
2 - a command that creates a vehicle in the player's current location, which should appear after 5 seconds(main script, creating any vehicle that the player wants)

any help?
the first is a filterscript on its own
second is a command for the main script which creates any vehicle
e.g. /createveh 400
creates a Landstalker
