Please help with Drift Count turn on and off - AiVAMAN - 12.04.2009

I want to ask, how do i do if player connects and spawns the drift counter is turned off, but when player teleports to e.g. /drift the counter turns on and player can drift, after he end the counter turns off..

Please, help me, I am really stuck at this..
