list what i need help please - WardenCS - 12.04.2009

i need commands /l , /o , /b
/l - Local chat (players who are around you hearing u)
/o - all in server hearing you
/b - players who around you hearing with brackets like ((hello))
how to add those cars and stuff to minimap
how to take those green arrows away with what u come in like in single player
need jobs (police,medic,taxi and stuff)
need level system (should have : exp:with like u got 2 exp u get level 2 got 3 exp got 3,with payday system,every hour u get 1 exp)
need house system(should got some houses what u can buy)
need business system (should got some businesses what u can buy and some tutorial with it)
how to add /time?
car system(car owning system,with what owner can lock and unlock car)
need radio(when u go some place you pay like 1000 and u get some team,and with that u get color and u can use /f and /r with ur teammates /f is with brackets,/r is without brackets
skins selection - it dances or something if u choose skin
