Where i can change Civil skins in RolePlay Server? I found one place but when i take off some skins server doesnt start?

Where i can get and how can i add another Speedometer? I found one topic in sa-mp forum but I dont remember where? If someone know where is that link with speedometers and link where is topic how can add those please post

adding skins & cars:
samp pawno tutorial 2: adding classes and cars (/save) here is a tut XD

Speedometer:
search in filterscripts fore fuel systeem XD
