This may look normal but my monitor is about 22" The samp logo takes up the whole screen and the chatbox also. I had this problem before but cant remember how I fixed it. The game however (people, houses, textures) is completely normal. For some reason my pc wont let me system restore

Any help appreciated.

While ingame

Esc>Options>Graphics (i think)>Advanced And resolution.
