When that happens on EVERY server I try to connet to, what do I do?

-SAMP 0.2Xu1 version.
-Deleted the gta_sa.set file.
-Deleted my dxd9.dll, or whatever it's called.
-Rebooted PC.
-Reinstalled SA:MP many times.
-Reinstalled San Andreas.
-Also got Vista.

And nothing works.
Any suggestions?

I also get this. But it only happens when I use a particular router (Sagem 2404). If I change router it never happens.

Thing is, if you keep trying, it eventually lets you connect, but it's very annoying and only happens with SAMP. Everything else works fine.

I get this when the servers gamemode restarts.
I won't be able to connect for about 2/3 hours.
