First off all, no this is not a Godfather edit, and also this is not completely done.

Introduction
This Script Is made from Scratch, for once its not another lame Godfather edit, nor is this script the best.
I've gotten tired of working on this script, although the script has 842 lines.
So I am releasing this script even though it is not 100 % done.
Features
Custom Skin Locking System - Faction leader may only pick faction skin.
A HitmanInvite Command, Not sure if it works yet did not test it.
Register and login Command.
News Command, broadcasts the local news.
A /skin Command for civilians if there a Civilian of a state.
Duty Command for Police/ HighWay patrol.
A /kill Command ( Yeah easy )
Dynamic Chat System, Example : John Weston Says : Hello.
Factions And Groups
Police Department
FBI
Medics
Civilians of El Quebadros
Civilians of Las Payasadas
Taxi - Not finished
Mayor - Not finished
News - Not finished
Highway Patrol
MS-13 - Not finished

Good for a beginner, good job.
Although using strcmp to detect a faction leader is pretty stupid.
