I need samo king of turitorial or finished script for public Announcement

public Announcement is a tekst... he is showing every time ...

my english is bad sorry...

this is the easiest you will get, so dont ask for easier, becuase we cant make it easier, learn how to script PAWN than ask for easier stuff..
