I would like to add admin controls to a server...could someone help me with this, like the basic "unfreeze" "freeze" player controls and like "tele player" and what not...

Could you please help me with the code and i have no idea where to place it in the .pwn...if you could explain this as well thanks.

Ok, say i was to download a script, what do i do with it? where do i place it? Please help me im new to this.
