Transfer Files. - -eXo - 01.04.2009

I'm wondering, my friend is hosting my server and he leaves his computer on almost 24/7 but he isn't online very often. He shares the computer with his family but the server is almost always kept running. If I was to update the game mode on my PC, is there a way for me to transfer a pwn and amx file from my computer to the correct folder on his computer, then use a command to restart the gamemode without disrupting whoever is using that computer?. (Like they wouldn't have to accept, and no pop ups would appear for them?)

Would you mind pointing me in the direction of a tutorial to set up FTP?.

Thanks.

EDIT: I did a search, and found

Filezilla FTP server
Filezilla FTP client

Those the programs I need?

Alright, so I would setup the client on my computer and the server on his?.
Then, I would be able to compile a gamemode and transfer it to his computer (to like samp022server.win321\gamemodes) whenever the Filezilla FTP server is running?.

Yes,
You can also use Windows Explorer to open ftp links.
