Hi there, my quwstion today is...
What makes a GM, the GM, can I put FS onta gamemodes line, in server.cfg?

to put a fs into a gm in the server.cfg on the filterscripts line at the end of a line add on the name of teh filterscript. And make sure its in the filterscript folder.

You miss-understood me. I was asking, Can I use FS as GM?

If you use an FS as a GM, then isn't it basically a GM?
