What of my GameMode can causes lag? - CTCCoco - 27.03.2009

I have my server on a dedicated server but now the server have lag but when I restart the server dont have lag . What's the problem? The SetTimer's or what can causes lag on my GameMode?

I dont know what the hell is goen on on my Gamemode!!! Please help me! I dont know its so very cars, very Settimers or what causes LAG!!! Please help me !
