2x faster running - luxeon - 27.03.2009

My friend has bought the game via Steam, and now in game his running speed is 2x :S
How to fix this? Some one had something similar ?

Ask him if he has AMD dual core CPU.

Is he playing SA-MP on Steam or GTA:SA single?

figured out:
that's only because he has v3.0 (Steams version)

what should he do to play normally?

Downgrade or get a No CD .exe

steam version 3.0 cant be downgraded.
by no-cd u mean download the illegal copy ?

he means crack
no cd= software/game with out cd. It a crack.
