Sumo game mode problem - hipy - 25.03.2009

hello

i have a problem with my sumo mode

the problem:
Sometimes a user spawns withouth a car
sometimes if sombody falls of the player on the ring ( that didnt fall off ) loses his car instead of the user that falls off


can sombody help me
