2 simple questions, help please :( - *BueNoOo* - 23.03.2009

Hello again, so here's the deal, I have a little problem up here and any kind of help would be very appreciated.
So, I would like to know how to code the gang(faction)in. I would like to know how to add their own vehicles. Their own hq,interior and etc. Im a total noob :P If you're a cool guy,please explain me wit a simple pawn code how to do something like this I would learn a lot then.

Second thing, umm I was asking about it before but I didnt get an answer.

How do I make an entrance to any building , like for example 24/7 or City Hall, that when the player come up to the point it says e.g " Welcome to the City Hall, type /enter to get in " and to set it with the interior as well If you can just give me the simple pawn code, come on, newbie needs a help :P Like I said any kind of help would be very appreciated, hope you understand me
