Help with the MTA Map Editor; Involves SA-MP - Quincy_Gatlin - 22.03.2009
Ok, it's not a problem with SA-MP but I am using MTA's Map Editor to add in objects as a lot of you do. It works fine on my desktop computer but on my laptop when I try to run the map editor it comes up with an error, it says something like "Could not load the Race Creator." I don't know why it is doing this, I have tried everything, I even loaded the same files from my computer to my laptop and it did the exact same thing. I don't know what to do, if anyone has had this problem please help me, thanks for all your replies when you do.

u probably have vista , for OS .. mta race is not supported with windows vista

No this laptop is almost 2 years old, it is windows XP...same as my desktop..so it is something else maybe?

hmm. could it be that ur lap is not updated? fire wall or something blocking mta race? check

well all i can say is that someone needs to make a program like mta race so we can use it on any OS like vista.. cuz it sux that we vista users cant use it. and on ur problem it probably is ur pc or something blocking mta race

I don't know what it was, I went to that link and downloaded an older version to the same folder like it said and it work, thanks for the help, good luck on SAMP.
