Try connecting to localhost (127.0.0.1:7777). Others connecting and you cant is because you are trying to connect to your internet ip.

Which windows OS are you running? If its windows server 2003 set compatibility mode of samp-server.exe to windows 98.

My operating system is:

Microsoft Windows XP Professional version 2002 Service Pack 3

If you can not fix it .. put the server in one machine

I have SP 3 to but I never seen this only that sometimes it crashes for me and when I close the samp-server.exe the BSOD appears
