Counting Team Members On Turf - StrickenKid - 18.03.2009

Hey,
i cant seem to figure out how to make it so when one team kills everyone on the turf owning team, but only the team members who are on the turf so the team that killed the team is now new turf owner.

Any Help is greatly appreciated!

Set the turf owners with variables.
Check if any players of the turn owner team is inside the turf.
If not, check which player killed the last turf owner team member, and make his team turf owner
