2 Player LAN Problem - purehavok1 - 18.03.2009

Its just me and a freind on a lan. I host a server and i can see my server if i add the ip "127.0.0.1''
But my friend cant see it on the network, even if i give him 127.0.0.1 or any other ip adress. Do we both have to have the same version of San andreas to see each others servers? Please help.

If he's on your network, go to command prompt, type ipconfig, find 'IPv4 Address' and give him that IP, that should work..
