Ok here's the deal - SLaY3R - 18.03.2009

I want to do like the SFATC thing with the air control tower but make it in a Filterscript and also make it in LS. But the problem is I also want to make so they can only use the commands on pickup ids that i put. One on the ground close to tower and one in the cabin. But how please help here is my basic Script i did and wasnt able to continue:
