Los Santos CarPark
About
the CarPark is near the bank in LS and you have to pay $25
to use it there is a small wall going all the way aound the carpark
there are 2 commands /Buyticket and /useticket
you can only use /useticket when you have /buyticket and you can
only us it one time then you have to pay for a new one
