I found problem in gamemode.

problem are charecter death it freeze.

1) I am NOT going to waste my time and download that (I guess neither will the others)
2) Search for TogglePlayerControllable in your GM

If you use SetPlayerSkin when they die they won't re-spawn. To fix it get there set there skin then set there X pos up a little.
