Car Spawner - regristration system with number plates - Agent Smith - 15.03.2009

Lately ive been trying to start up my own server, it is an RP server so it needs to have a good vehicle system, ive seen this on another server when you goto C&S, a car dealer will help you chose what car you want, you pay for it and then the car dealer /report that he needs a vehicle spawned as someone has brought a car, the admin spawns the car and the person buys the car for $1 and the name is registered to that car and it also has a number plate (for RP). if anyone can do this, that would be awesome.

Things that are needed:
- Vehicle Spawner ( not done by X,Y,A but maybe /v (id) )
- Registration system ( so that the car belongs to that player )
- Number Plate system ( Doesn't need to be inculded )
- ( other options which would be great ) /park, /carcolor, /windows, /lock, /sellcar
