Some big troubles... - T.I. - 14.03.2009

Hi guys, I've tried to make for too many times a SA:MP server by myself, but it doesn't works...
I configured good the server.cfg, I added the IP:PORT, but it told me "Retreiving Info".
I Turned Off the Firewall, but the same thing.
Should I try a Free Hoster?
Or if not, what should I do?
I want so much to make a SA:MP server, if there is no chance, can someone make it for me?

Try 127.0.0.1:PORT.

Ok If your Server.cfg looks like this
Do Localhost:7777 or 127.0.0:7777

Make Sure the server is on, you should be able to see the DOS open.

@Scratchy: that server.cfg will totally NOT work for him:

1) lanmode should be off
2) rcon password is better to be not revealed
3) I doubt that gamemode is correct for him
4) ditto for filterscripts

Yes, I did it right there, but still doesn't work for others:"Retreiving Info"...
For me, I known, it works, but, I want to play with someone, not just myself.

This should be in Server Support, not Client Support.
