Liberty city Ground solid? - CAMERON_BANFIELD - 13.03.2009

Hi, i was on World of Stunting about a month ago, and i woundered how they made it so you could walk round most of liberty city! i know about the interior thing but that is all ok, all i need to know is how to make the rest of it solid!

Maybe they just put in more objects or something.

They probably created objects. Search for liberty city objects there was a topic with all LC objects
