This morning I was looking around GTA SA files and I found this.

Try it, Some sounds work and some dont

Those soundid's you found are the same soundid's that are on wiki and as JenkStAX said some wont work

If theres 1000000 sounds and 100 work, 1000000 isnt some, it's most.

Well it seems that only working sounds are those on wiki.

But if you take a look at the sound IDs you will find sound like

Maybe those sound can only be played in those locations. Maybe that's X,Y,Z for...

Maybe this one can only be played if your in a police car, or have a wanted level ?
