Checkpoint problems :P - javind0 - 10.03.2009

Ok so vick` on IRC was giving me a ton of help creating this checkpoint system but we can't work out why the checkpoints are:

A: Not recognizing/doing anything when we drive/walk into them.
B: Not spawning at the right places (just seemingly random places).
C: /skip works but sends them to the seemingly random places again).
