Sa MP on Win Vista - RestInPeaceX - 09.03.2009

i have Win Vista Home Premium
ghz: 5200
grafic card: g-force 9400 gt
ram: 2gb

and i have this problem... i cant play gta sa mp with Vista...
can it be that it is becouse of Windows Vista??
does some one have any idea how to let it work?
please help ^^
